Sales Development Representative\ Messaging Specialist


Our Sales Development Representative is an active listener and communicator who learns sales the best in the business and puts knowledge and skills to achieve critical outcomes for our clients. In the sales procedure you know who to target within an organization, how to customize each contact you make and understand how to stay on top of the minds of the prospects by determining their needs.

Daily To-Dos:
  • Creating connections with potential customers via the channels: via Email, LinkedIn, Chats (only written communication – no cold calls)
  • Complete, accurate tracking of engagement with prospects in CRM
  • Building relationships with clients based on quality, trust, and respect
  • Scheduling qualified appointments with prospects (potential customers)
  • Conducting analytics and reporting on results

It’s a match if you are:
  • Confident Upper-Intermediate English speaker and writer
  • Not afraid to start sales conversations
  • In love with communication
  • Fascinated with nurturing leads
  • An active listener who can provide an appropriate solution to prospects
  • Interested in defining how our client is a good fit for the prospect’s business model
  • Exceptionally attentive and accurate with details
  • Open to new challenges and deadlines
  • Skilled in multitasking and adaptable in fluid situations
  • Able to display positively while handling objection
  • Self-motivated to grow People Management skills

Would be a plus:
  • Background in sales / marketing / customer support
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A confident Google Workspace user
