In well-equipped laboratories, analytical professionals conduct physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory testing of these products. A modern shipping facility uses an advanced, computerized optical system for electronic sorting. Before packaging, the needs of every market segment are considered and products are appropriately packaged. Cold storage rooms carefully preserve lemons prior to shipping. The Citromax manufacturing plant in Tucuman, Argentina processes more than 180,000 tons of fruit each year from its state-of-the-art facility.
