Clinics Tuesday Evening General Clinic 5-8 PM Wednesday Morning Continued Care Clinic 09:30 AM- 12:30PM Thursday Morning Clinic 10 AM-12:30 PM Thursday Womens Clinic (every third Thursday of the month) 5 PM-8 PM Call 616-748-6009 to make an appointment Fax number 616-748-6010 City on a Hill Health Clinic provides free medical care for illnesses and minor injuries for uninsured or underinsured people. Qualified, volunteer medical staff administer care. Patients must call ahead for an appointment. PLEASE NOTE: Although COAHHC is a faith-based clinic, the clinic has a nondiscrimination policy in place. This assures our clients experience care that is free from discrimination or harassment based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, disability/physical limitation, use of adaptive devices, family status, education, association, income source, height, weight, ancestry or political orientation. All are welcome at COAHHC. MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING Mental health counseling is available for uninsured adults. Appointments available Monday through Wednesday. There may be a waiting list.
