With offices across the state, DRTC trains or employs approximately 1,000 people with disabilities per year. In addition to community employment opportunities, DRTC operates the following programs and divisions: Production Center -- DRTC can provide assembly, fulfillment, mailing, prep, labeling, packaging, folding and pre-staging services. Employment Services -- Award-winning program that assists people with disabilities to obtain and maintain community employment. Job Coaches work with employees to learn the job, at no cost to the employer, and eventually fades from the site as the worker becomes skilled at his/her job.
