Dynamic quickly grew to become one of the premier hook-up and commissioning contractors in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2007 Dynamic became a wholly owned subsidiary of DYNAMIC Energy Services International, (DYNESI), which was then acquired by one of the largest private equity firms in the US. Today DYNESI has grown into a full line energy service company through its four Strategic Business Units: US Fabrication One of the largest privately owned upstream and downstream modular fabricators in the US.
