EmpowrNetas Pocket Care Manager (PCM) is a free mobile app for caregivers to help manage and improve sustainability of at-home care. The PCM helps caregivers build an effective informal care network with family, friends, neighbors and service providers while coordinating care delivery through an intuitive interface with project management capabilities.
