Our patented Balance Charge Agglomeration (BCA) has been show to be effective at reducing varnish in the lube oil of large industrial machines, while protecting the additives in the oil. several companies have extended the life of their lube oil from a 3 to 5 year lifetime to over 12 years. The additive levels are as high as 80%. There is a good possibility that the lubricating oil in these plants will last over 20 years, or possibly the life of the turbine. The primary user of ISOPur BCA systems is General Electric, because it has proven effective in accomplishing its mission of removing varnish and extending the life of the oil, while reducing wear in large gas turbines.
