Answer: Founded in 1961, Chemtainer was among the countrys first adopters and developers of rotationally molded industrial plastics and is the longest serving manufacturer of plastic chemical storage tanks in the US. In 1972, Chemtainer introduced and pioneered the nations first line of plastic transportation solutions to the material handling and textile transport applications through their manufacturing division, Maxi-Movers. This globally licensed plastics manufacturing technology spawned a new industry and revolutionized the industries they served. This long-lasting and user-friendly plastic option was more durable than canvas units and less costly than metal or fiberglass options available at the time. In the laundry industry, Maxi-Movers has the unique distinction of being first to market with the Bulk Delivery Truck, the M7090. The M7090 remains a popular choice today but many other similar options have been created for companies needing other sizes. In addition, Maxi-Movers offers many options of Shelved Exchange Trucks (with various shelf configurations), and Garment Delivery Trucks (with hanger bars or shelves) to help easily transport and protect linens. In addition, there are also many in-plant service trucks that are used regularly for moving linens around laundry facilities. In the material handling and recycling worlds, companies depend on our popular and heavy-duty Tilt-Truck, Maxi-Cube and Spring Platform Trucks as well as our Sorting Table along with a large variety of Utility and Bushel Carts and Trucks. Today, Maxi-Movers manufactures a wide variety of trucks and carts for use in the laundry, material handling and recycling worlds. The bottom line is Maxi-Movers moves product better than anyone. Chances are, no matter what the material handling challenge is, we have an option available to address the problem. In fact, our customers have affectionately called us The Cart Guys since they know no one knows carts and trucks like we do.
