Created as a tax-exempt entity in 1972, Meridian has been a part of the lives of thousands as we provide a safety net for those in crisis, a source of effective treatment, and a contributor to the health of the entire community. Our mission To promote the health, recovery, and well-being of those affected by mental illness and substance use disorders through prevention, coordinated treatment, and supportive services is evident in all we do; from developing a continuum of treatment services that are evidence-based for a range of illnesses to participating in our communities as a partner in enhancing the quality of life. We are guided by values laid down by our volunteer Board of Directors and our vision, a community in which hope, recovery, and wellness are within everyones reach.
