Answer: A manufacturer of quality metalized ceramics and ceramic to metal seals since 1969. That sounds fairly boring, doesn't it? How does one spice up their description to stand out from the rest? Well, here's what I want to know about our potential vendors. Does anyone at your company care if they miss our Need By date? YES! We're a small company, and that makes us more flexible. We work harder, if necessary to meet your delivery dates. What if you're late?? If that were to happen, you won't be sitting in receiving waiting to see if the UPS/FedEx superhero has your MCE Inc. package. We'd let you know ahead of time. As soon as we know. And as a small company, our managers are personally aware of the stage of production for every order. What if I need our assemblies or components faster than I originally told you I did? We'll do everything we can to expedite when possible. What's your policy on emails? Simple - we answer them, acknowledge them, and update you as quickly as possible. How many buttons do I have to push to talk to a real human being when I call MCE Inc. After you dial the number? ZERO buttons. Real human beings answer our phone! I know.. we're weird. Are you ISO 9001 certified. You may want to know this. No, we aren't. We run a lean, quality focused, manufacturing company. We inspect our product after every stage of manufacturing. We inspect the processes... the coatings, the plating, the cutting, the grinding, the brazing, the seals. We inspect the ceramics before they're sintered, before they're coated, before they're plated, before they ship. We inspect them after they're tumbled, after they're cleaned, after they're plated - a chip can happen to some of our specialty ceramics at any stage. We want to find that chip before it finds its way into an assembly. We work hard to produce quality product. We're a small company. You aren't a number, here. You are our reputation. We have customers that have been with us for over 45 years.
