The founding idea behind this company is to provide a professional staffing service where integrity was the driving force of business policy instead of a quota that drives a recruiter to pursue his or her individual interests over what was best for the candidate or client. It has always been my experience that if you are genuine with people, if you show them that you really care about how you are impacting their lives, and if you treat them the way you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed, then you develop more than business contacts you develop partnerships.
