Answer: We are an equity-raising company for investments into short term rentals / AirBnBs / VRBOs. We focus on mid-sized projects near national parks, beaches, and other destination areas that have a history of regional, national, or international tourism. We build or redevelop properties because it gives us a competitive advantage with designs specifically for use as short-term rentals on the sites we choose. By building or redeveloping properties within the project, we retain profits and equity that would otherwise go to a developer or builder.
