  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Overseeing and managing the strategic aspects of client engagements
  • Ensuring the CIENCE team is delivering high-level service for clients
  • Advising and course-correcting where necessary for both clients & internal teams
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
  • Collecting and analyzing data to help inform go-forward strategies
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Owning contract continuation and expansion
Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidates will be team players that have strong business/sales acumen and possess a deft touch. They are able to communicate efficiently and effectively with both their clients as well as their colleagues. They will understand that going the extra mile is not the exception but rather the norm. He/she will have 2 - 5 years of experience as an Account Manager/Client Services/Customer Success or similar role and possess the following traits:

  • Emotionally Intelligent: Has the capacity to be aware of, control, and express their emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically;
  • Strong Work Ethic: Has a track record of success/promotion; Clients and colleagues alike sing their praises; Is continually hungry to achieve/succeed.
