We help clients achieve an immersive aesthetic experience through our commitment to heirloom quality, design, and craftsmanship. We pride ourselves in the breadth of our capabilities, specializing in the art of historical restoration and the hand made. Day & Age was founded in 2013 by Jon Day, an entrepreneur with a background in sculpture, architecture, and industrial design. Jon attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and studied sculpture & fabrication. While at Pratt, Jon worked as a designer, fabricator, and exhibit installer for many galleries and artist's. After college Jon focused on honing his skills as a craftsmen and signed on to the restoration of the Charles W. Morgan at Mystic Seaport. The next four years were a deep dive into history, problem solving, and yankee ingenuity- Working at Mystic Seaport among such a dynamic team of world class craftsman inspired Jon to start Day & Age, where he strives to bring together top shelf talent to solve complex design challenges and deliver remarkable results.
