Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy and Campaign Creation:
- Craft and implement comprehensive outbound campaigns (Sequences) -- strategies for targeting specific audiences with a focus on appointment setting.
- Convert business objectives into compelling email content, phone scripts, and client materials.
- Utilize internal tools for precise audience creation and segmentation.
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, SMS, social (Linkedin) and phone channels, applying best practices to maximize engagement.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with overarching business goals.

Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, benchmarking against key metrics.
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends and actionable insights for refining growth strategies.
- Continuously refine and adjust campaigns based on analytical insights.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations to demonstrate campaign outcomes and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications
