Software Terms & Conditions

GO Chat

GO Chat is a website chat software tool provided by CIENCE that allows for seamless communication between Customer's team and Customer's website visitors. By using GO Chat, Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. License: Subject to Customer's compliance with these terms, CIENCE grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GO Chat on Customer's website for the purpose of communicating with website visitors and enhancing user experience.

2. Customization: Customer may customize the appearance of GO Chat, including colors, design, and logo, to match Customer's brand. However, Customer may not remove or modify any CIENCE branding or trademarks without prior written permission from CIENCE.

3. Data Privacy: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer's use of GO Chat complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, California privacy laws, and other US-based privacy laws.

4. Restrictions: Customer may not use GO Chat for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or any other conduct that would violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

5. Support: CIENCE will provide technical support for GO Chat as part of the subscription. However, CIENCE is not responsible for any issues arising from Customer's customization or modifications to the GO Chat software.

Customer acknowledges that it has read and understood these additional terms and conditions for GO Chat before using the software. By using GO Chat, Customer agrees to be bound by these Software Terms and Conditions.

GO Flow

GO Flow is a powerful platform provided by CIENCE that enables Customer to easily manage and integrate various software tools, including GO Chat, GO Show, GO Schedule, and others. By using GO Flow, Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. License: Subject to Customer's compliance with these terms, CIENCE grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GO Flow on Customer's website for the purpose of managing and integrating CIENCE software tools.

2. Setup: To use GO Flow, Customer's tech team must add the GO Flow script to Customer's website. Once installed, no further technical involvement is required, as all settings and configurations can be managed through the CIENCE admin panel.

3. User Access: Customer may choose to grant access to GO Flow for Customer's sales, marketing, or operations teams. CIENCE provides user roles with limited access, ensuring that users can only perform tasks relevant to their roles.

4. Data Privacy: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer's use of GO Flow complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, California privacy laws, and other US-based privacy laws.

5. Restrictions: Customer may not use GO Flow for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any other conduct that would violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

6. Support: CIENCE will provide technical support for GO Flow as part of the subscription. However, CIENCE is not responsible for any issues arising from Customer's customization or modifications to the GO Flow platform.

GO Schedule

GO Schedule is a convenient scheduling software provided by CIENCE that streamlines the appointment setting process for Customer's sales team. By using GO Schedule, Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. License: Subject to Customer's compliance with these terms, CIENCE grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GO Schedule for the purpose of scheduling meetings with prospects and customers.

2. Setup: GO Schedule is easily enabled through the GO Flow platform. Once activated, no further technical involvement is required, as all settings and configurations can be managed through the CIENCE admin panel.

3. User Access: Customer may choose to grant access to GO Schedule for Customer's sales, marketing, or operations teams. CIENCE provides user roles with limited access, ensuring that users can only perform tasks relevant to their roles.

4. Data Privacy: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer's use of GO Schedule complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, California privacy laws, and other US-based privacy laws.

5. Restrictions: Customer may not use GO Schedule for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any other conduct that would violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

GO Expert AI

GO Expert AI is an advanced AI sales assistant provided by CIENCE that leverages large language models (LLMs) to facilitate chat communication with prospects, enable email writing in the tone and content of Customer, and empower campaign AI to create full campaigns based on existing data. By using GO Expert AI, Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. License: Subject to Customer's compliance with these terms, CIENCE grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GO Expert AI for its intended purposes, including chat communication, email writing, and campaign creation.

2. Data: GO Expert AI utilizes publicly available data to perform its functions. If Customer wishes to expand the knowledge in the Expert AI LLM, Customer may provide additional data through CIENCE's Customer Success Management (CSM) system. Customer is responsible for ensuring that any data Customer provides complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

3. Setup: GO Expert AI is easily accessed via the CIENCE Platform. 

4. User Access: Customer may choose to grant access to GO Expert AI for Customer's sales, marketing, or operations teams. CIENCE provides user roles with limited access, ensuring that users can only perform tasks relevant to their roles.

5. Data Privacy: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer's use of GO Expert AI complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, California privacy laws, and other US-based privacy laws.

6. Restrictions: Customer may not use GO Expert AI for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any other conduct that would violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

7. Support: CIENCE will provide technical support for GO Expert AI as part of the subscription. However, CIENCE is not responsible for any issues arising from Customer's customization or modifications to the GO Expert AI platform.

Customer acknowledges that it has read and understood these additional terms and conditions for GO Expert AI before using the software. By using GO Expert AI, Customer agrees to be bound by these Software Terms and Conditions.

CIENCE Service Level Agreement (SLA)

CIENCE Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Uptime Guarantee

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets forth the uptime guarantee provided by CIENCE ("Provider") for its products specified in the Software Terms and Conditions (“SaaS products”) to its customers ("Customers"). The aim of this SLA is to ensure that the SaaS products provided by CIENCE to its Customers are always available and consistently deliver reliable overall system performance.

  1. Uptime Guarantee

   CIENCE commits that its SaaS products will maintain an uptime of 99.5% to 99.9%, following the table below:

The uptime percentage is calculated on a monthly basis and excludes planned maintenance and events beyond the Provider's control.

  1. Planned Maintenance

CIENCE will provide advance notice for any planned system maintenance or updates that may impact the availability or performance of its SaaS products. Planned maintenance is not counted towards the uptime percentage calculations.

  1. Service Credits and Remedies

In the event that the SaaS product uptime falls below the guaranteed uptime percentage, the Provider shall offer Customers service credits.

  1. Monitoring and Reporting

The Provider will actively monitor the system performance to ensure timely detection of any issues that might impact the uptime. Customers will receive access to performance and availability reports, as well as notifications for any incidents affecting uptime.

By using CIENCE's SaaS products, Customers agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this SLA.
