Comparably, a leading workplace and compensation monitoring site, announced the winners of the Best CEOs for Women in the U.S. CIENCE’s CEO John Girard placed #34 among the top 50, with a 95%+ approval rating.

Comparably's list was based on anonymous sentiment ratings from female employees about their CEO during a 12-month period, compiled from a comprehensive survey of 10 million employees ratings at over 60,000 companies. These ratings included feedback from employees on the company’s leadership, its effectiveness, and management style. Every CEO on the list is in the top 5% of all CEOs rated by female employees.
