Our cattle are raised on grass pastures in Paducah, Texas on the ranch that has been in our family for over 75 years. We distribute grass finished beef throughout the USA with our base of business in the Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) area. We distribute beef by the cut, in bulk packages and in quarters, halves & whole beeves. Our cattle are raised on our farm throughout their lives until they are 20 - 30 months old where they are monitored for quality and finishing standards until they are slaughtered. No Grain No Hormones No Pesticides or Herbicides are ever used on our farm We use Heritage European breeds of cattle (Angus, Shorthorn & Galloway) Easy finishing genetics that go back to a time before feedlots were the prominent way of finishing cattle Easy handling practices Sustainable farming practices Irrigated finishing pasture for consistency of finish I encourage you to taste the difference!
