NE Kelly & Associates, LLC was founded by Ms. Kelly in Boston in 1990. The firm specialized in providing assurance, tax, and consulting services exclusively for the not-for-profit industry. In 2001, NE Kelly & Associates supplemented its practice with a New York office. Randall S. Davis LLP was a Boston-based firm founded by Mr. Davis in 2014.
