Our space is also home to a produce market selling 50 varieties of produce that are harvested daily. Our market also offers a concept we call Live Harvest. Think plant butcher. Herbs and microgreens at Live Harvest are harvested from the plant when you order. Were Grade-A obsessed with small-impact, big-flavor farming. Although our crops are planted, grown, and harvested just like other hydroponic farms, our secret sauce is that we grow over 50 varieties in one farm, and weve created a system for harvesting a portion of each variety daily. All produce is available and in season every day. Seriously. We dont truck our produce around the country, the region, or even across town to grocery distribution centers. We sell our produce directly to customers the day it is harvested - with 100% of its nutrition. Our on-premises offering is rounded out by a restaurant serving a culinary farm-forward menu. The chef-crafted salads, bowls, soups, and starters take advantage of farm produce offering 100% nutrition and flavor that can only be experienced from product harvested and prepared the same day.
