Hellmuth+Bicknese is dedicated to incorporating sustainable design concepts in the way we do business and into every service we provide. We look beyond the basic services most architectural design firms provide and consider the environmental, financial, and human impacts of design decisions to provide realistic and effective solutions to complex problems. For sustainable development, planning for a greener infrastructure can set the stage for more walkable, bikeable, diverse, livable communities and neighborhoods. For green building projects, sustainable design begins in the early planning stage where site selection and building orientation critically affect the future performance of the planned facilities.
