Answer: The full House Committee on Appropriations is composed of 15 Democrats and 22 Republicans. Each caucus separately elects a majority and minority chair. Beginning with the 2019/20 legislative session, Rep. Matt Bradford from Montgomery County is the Democratic chairman of the committee.
