Answer: Full-Service Merchant Processing Solutions Watchdog Merchant Services began as a merchant advocacy organization in 2015, assisting Merchants in resolving issues with their merchant service provider or leasing company. Evaluating their Merchant Processing Agreement and statements, we were able to determine if there were any differences between what was on their agreement and what they were actually being charged. Based on the results we provide guidance and assistance as needed to resolve any issues that were uncovered. We became a Merchant Service Provider after many of our clients asked us why we couldn't provide a processing solution. We evaluated our business model and determined that it would fit into our business without causing a conflict of interest. Being Transparent in all our business dealings, would mean that we value our clients over any minor costs and that our solutions will be based on merchant needs without sacrificing service. Our solutions vary depending on the industry served and size of the business as it equates to average ticket and sales volume. We offer a range of processing types, such as Interchange Plus, Flat Monthly Fees, Cash Discounting and Surcharging. Tiered Processing is never offered. . We offer purchase and rental options and in some cases a loaner terminal is available to meet your immediate processing needs. In most cases we can reprogram existing equipment. We always provide up to date technology and We try not to provide equipment that is tied to a specific processor to protect your equipment assets and provide flexibility when looking at processing features and cost. We can also provide a wide variety of POS systems for Hospitality, retail and most other processing environments.
